Pam Cartwright
Pamela L. Cartwright serves as Assistant Administrator of Clinical Services at South Georgia Medical Center. She is responsible for the day-to-day fiscal and operational management for clinical services, which includes the Pearlman Comprehensive Cancer Center, Pulmonary/Neurology services, Rehab, Pharmacy, Diabetes & Wound Care Specialty Clinics, and Convenient Care-South. Ms. Cartwright provides leadership in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment and acts as a liaison with community leaders, medical staff, and hospital management.
Ms. Cartwright has worked in the health care field for over 27 years with 23 years of leadership experience in the field of oncology. She is a member of the Association of Cancer Executives, American Academy of Medical Administrators, and the American College of Healthcare Executives. She has served on numerous boards and committees including the American Cancer Society, Past President of the Lowndes County Board, and Public Education Chairperson; Partnership For Health Cancer Fund; Valdosta Literary Club, Treasurer; Rotary; United Way; and 2007 Leadership Lowndes participant.
Ms. Cartwright, a native of Norfolk, Virginia, received her bachelor’s degree in Science/Pre-Med from Old Dominion University, her Master of Arts degree in Management from Regent University and her Certification in Radiation Therapy and Radiology from the Norfolk General Hospital School of Allied Health.
